Low pressure, leaks or a refurb coming up? We install and replace hot & cold water pipework for kitchens, bathrooms and loft conversions, trace and fix leaks, and re-route untidy runs. We also upgrade stopcocks/PRVs and add isolation valves — everything pressure-tested and left tidy.

Stopcock replacement/relocation and PRV installs
Isolation valves at each outlet; manifold setups where useful
Re-routes for neat, accessible pipework; dead legs removed
Lagging/insulation to reduce heat loss & condensation
Outside taps with double check valves (on request)

Full-bore isolation valves for easier maintenance
PRV (pressure reducing valve) to stabilise pressure
Manifold distribution for balanced flows
Anti-vibration clips and improved lagging
G41 Shawlands — Low shower pressure: Found partially closed stopcock and undersized flexis. Fitted full-bore stopcock, new flexis, minor re-run. Pressure restored.
G12 Hillhead — Kitchen refurb: Re-routed hot/cold in multilayer PEX, added isolation at each outlet, clipped and lagged. Clean install, easy future maintenance.
Safety note If you smell gas or suspect carbon monoxide, call the National Gas Emergency number immediately: 0800 111 999.
Turn off your main stopcock (often under the kitchen sink or where the pipe enters). If it’s stuck or you can’t find it, call us and we’ll guide you.
Why is my flow/pressure poor at one tap?
Common causes include partially closed valves, limescale, kinked flexis or undersized runs. We test and correct the restriction.
Do you use copper or plastic?
Both — we pick the WRAS-compliant option that suits your property, access and future maintenance.
Can you re-route pipes to hide them?
Yes — we can conceal or surface-run with tidy clips. If chasing is needed, we’ll advise on making-good.
Should every outlet have an isolation valve?
Strongly recommended — it speeds up future maintenance and reduces disruption.
What is a PRV and do I need one?
A pressure reducing valve stabilises high/variable mains pressure, protecting fittings and improving comfort.
Can you add an outside tap?
Yes — with double check valve and insulated pipework to suit external conditions.
